By accessing or using the vip pp (https://vippp.bet) platform, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between vip pp and its members. They may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In case of any discrepancy, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To open an account with vip pp, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You are betting under your own identity and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.

KYC Verification Process

After registration, vip pp may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required during this process:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Payment method verification documents

All financial transactions at vip pp are handled securely and transparently. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing for standard members is completed within 24 hours.
• VIP members enjoy priority fast-track withdrawals.

Vip pp's bonus and promotion offers are specially designed for our members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify:

• A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 BDT is required.
• A minimum of 10x wagering must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Policy

• Vip pp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• A maximum bet limit applies to wagers placed using bonus funds.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed by multiple accounts or by members from the same household.

The following rules apply equally to all members when betting on vip pp. These terms and conditions are prepared in line with international betting standards.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vip pp reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment.

Result Determination

• Betting results are determined by verifying outcomes against official or recognized sources.
• Winnings are credited to your account within 24 hours of the result being announced.
• In the event of any dispute over a result, vip pp's decision will be considered final.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum payout limit applies to each betting market. The maximum payout for a single bet is ৳20,00,000 and for accumulator bets is ৳50,00,000. These limits may be negotiated upward for VIP members.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vip pp. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Betting arbitrage or collusion
• Bonus system abuse or bonus hunting
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Attempting to breach the platform's security
• Providing false identity or fraudulent documents
• Unauthorized access to another member's account

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing all available balance before closing your account.

Account Closure by vip pp

Vip pp reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected
• If KYC verification fails
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Under instruction from a regulatory authority

Members whose accounts have been permanently closed may apply within 30 days to reclaim any valid remaining balance.

Vip pp places responsible betting at the top of its priorities. A core part of our Terms and Conditions is ensuring that members maintain safe betting habits.

• Age Requirement: Users under 18 are not permitted to use vip pp.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to temporarily suspend your account at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Reality Check: Automatic break reminders after a set period of betting activity.

4. Step Four: If needed, an independent third-party mediator may be engaged.
